Fraud bill & realisation of security deposit reg

Sir,

I have an idea internet connection no 9656010498.

Isurrendered the sim in february. they realised an excess amount of Rs.250/-

Even then They are sending monthly bills. more than 20 calls

have been received from IDEA customer care. all have been answered

and all assured this problem is over and will never call anymore. I

have wrote to their customer care three times with details. On july 7

I wrote again and they replied that that was a fault.

They now realised my security deposit. Today they again sent

another bill for the monthly bill.

So please kindly interfere in this matter and take necessary

steps to refund my security deposit and other amounts collected by

IDEA. Regd letter sent through post.
