Non activation of desired net plan & activation of net plan on their own

i m idea cellular customer having no. 9540297801 and was using net services for long time bt in between i unsubscribed my net plan for some time. now on 27/2/10 i submitted a request for activation of net 20 plan bt unfortunately idea activated Rs 89 plan.since the very inception i m calling to customer care for the rectification of this error all proved fruitless. i have to suffer a lot because of this negligence on the part of the co.and has caused lot of harassment and tension as no satisfactory reply is given even by a person of managerial level.pls do something and get my net 20 plan activated as requested at the earliest.
