Fraud done by the deale

Respected Sir

This is in regard to the fraud done by the Idea Cellular Dealer to me. My self Vipin Kumar purchased the idea net setter data card for internet surfing from BALAJI CHIT CHAT (N-8/A-5, DILSHAD GARDEN, DELHI-110095).

The person was Chandan Singh (9718296354). While purchasing he to;d me that there will be surfing speed of 237 kbps. It worked properly for few days but I had problem for speed since 3 APRIL. I lodged complaint at the dealer as well as to the customer care but didnt got any response from their side.

The dealer told me to recharge the data card for RS - then i will be getting the right speed. I did the same but there was no solution to the problem. I have not used the data card and asking for the refund of my money but the dealer said that the money will not be refunded.

My Rs 4000/- has been wasted. The dealer has infact done the fraud with me by giving wrong information and wasted my Rs - more.

I am hereby requesting you to please help me out of the situation and take necessary action against the company and the dealer.
