Idea net setter Speed

Dear Sir,

i took idea net setter9 wireless internet) befor one year back. when i buy netsett, they told me the speed is hig and good. but The speed is not more the 15kbps and very very slow.

Idea customer care also no solve this problem. Please reply me and help me

I ampaying near about 750Rs per month for such speed.
