Idea net setter
Very very slow connection speed

I was taking idea netsetter connection on 20 th jan.actually it shows 236.8kbps.but i am not getting that speed.i am getting just below 20kbps.so it is very very slow.because of this slow connection my mails are not opened.it will take some minutes to open home web page.
