Idea net setter
NO INTERNET SPEED & No response from the company's customer care

I have purchased Idea net setter from the malleswaram idea outlet, Bangalore on 19th of february. The sales executive assured that it has a very good service (speed), I believed... and so was my only mistake. The idea net setter provides only a balloon which says " idea is now connected 236.5 kbps" and nothing else than that, believe me once in a blue moon google search page may open but at a horrible 5-10 minutes, and thats the end, you are not suppose to seach anything on it as it wont open and you will just wait and waste your time. In short NET SETTER SUCKS MAN, coming to the customer care service, my gosh what a world class service, I am still waiting for any technical person to come at my address as assured by the customer care executives and I think its about 5th time they have assured me that a service will be provided but nothing from their end till date.

Actually not only Idea but the brand ambassadors should also be cased, who misleads people. I have spent about 2K bucks for the device and has a unlimited plan, which has just gone like that without any service.
