Cheating in services

Respected sir,

We have bought new idea netsetter and purchase new idea sim card (9723452997) and we recharge it by rs. 600 for unlimited internet surfing.but since that day we have not get any service from the company and we are not able to use the internet. we have recharged on 27th of march for one month internet surfing. we are not getting any solution and we have lost our business and 600 rs. in hiring that services..

and in customer care we have talked many times but did not get any solution... they are just making us fool..

we have also sent the mail to the Gandhinagar circle office of Idea..but not got any answer from them..

we have lost our image and we felt that we have been cheated..

please help us getting them improve their services and stop cheating customer..
