Problem is not solved

Hi,

I have taken GPRS (Reliance) active on my cell 26/06.i have Sony Ericsson C510 mobile. I want to access internet on my laptop by using mobile as modem. My cell no is 9022038641.

I called several times to customer care then they told me to access internet on your Laptop you need to send a sms ‘NetConnect’ to 55100.I have done the same but I got a sms that your handset does not support the settings you require. Pls contact to you customer care.

Then I logged complain for that and my complain no is 130482879. And the customer care executive told me that this problem is going to solve within 72 hours. I logged this complain on 27/06.

Today is 7/07 and my problem is not solved till now.

Pls do the needful so that I can access internet on my laptop by using my mobile as a modem
