Not respoding to phone call

Not responding to customer complain.

I Devendra kadam had purchased an IDEA data card 4 months ago...

I am facing some technical problems now, when i tried contacting Customer care of idea,

the guys dont take that problem seriously. I tried contacting them several times again, but my efforts are

in vain. They even do not escalate the call, instead they just hung up. The internet connection is done but,

it give some error termed as [error :30].Similar complaints I had given on 04-01.

I hope this complain dont fall on deaf ears.
