Internet connection still not done

This is to inform you that i have applied for a Tata Indicom wacky 350 internet connection dated 26 th june Application form no: 3140103 But they have not activated this connection yet. They have already charged Rs 2010 for the connection Agent Name: Ranjan Contact no: 9223236132, and everyday he telling me that I am coming, I am on the way stock is not available and my call disconnect when I want to calll him.
