PLEASE stay away from this fraud company. Firstly you pay for High charges for getting connection and then pay monthly and get NO service at all! Out of 30 days of your Pre-paid service month - you get 15 days half speed 10 days total net down and whenever complaint is logged to them they say 'Engineers are not available' 5 days they have maintenance work. WHAT maintenance! they only know it. they keep the office closed.

Before whenever I caled - Ruby -receptionist said ' Engineers will come in 20 mins to resolve' and they wouldnt come for 2 days.

Another person - Mhatre or Mehtre he says ' Okay okay the Engineers are in your Area itself, they will come in few minutes' BUT they never come!

Another person - Santosh - he is manager - says 'engineers are on holiday, whenever they come I will send them'

All these are Irresponsible and should be kicked off the market here since they are NOT humans and just snatch money. I dont understand how they can manage their families with such FRAUD money, eat with people's hardworked money. Well I guess they like it so they try to cheat more and more people.

I had logged a complaint that net is off since 21st June and its been 7 calls to them daily and I get the above answers from Mhatre and Santosh!

Please Consumers DO NOT fill their dirty pockets with your good money. If money is excess with you Please donate to real beggars instead of paying these useless characters. Refer to their website and see what all promises they make LOL you will really enjoy reading their website after reading these complaints.

FYI- I have a commercial internet connection from them and consumers can notice how much issues I am facing from my clients because of these useless weblink provider. I have myself paid for their instruments and wires, given 24/7 power backup to their switches and I am providing all for free to use my electricity as well!

They are CHEATERS. DONT ever believe their words or promises when you go there for internet connection.
