100% defective Mobile Set of Imedia Mobel No. i97

I am purchasing a Imedia Mobile Set Model - i97 through online homeshop 18. When this set came form courier and i am paid Rs. 5999.00 (Five Thousand nine hundred ninety nine) only. After installing dual sim i found that this is 100% defective. i am worried about that purchase a defective new Imedia Mobile Phone with Horizontal Slider & Full Qwerty Keypad - i97 through Home Shop 18 vide order no. 703130942 dated

15/3. This is cheating & fraud case to sell a fully defective mobile set. This is totally failure mobile set. Some of the major

defective of the set are describe below –

1. The battery backup only 15 minute only.

2. After open the set it’s immediately automatically switched off.

3. Every 10 second automatically searching both network connections.

4. Sim one and Sim Two call key not working till I not open key pad.

5. Key Pad Enter Key not functioning.

6. Lot of more problem of this set.

So I am requesting you that take necessary action within next 3

working days to solve above mentioned problem. Otherwise I am going

consumer court against your company.

I am waiting your action taken.
