Inalsa Food Proccessor
Product is Not Deliver so i want CAncel my order and refund my Money

I have ordered Inalsa Food Processor Order No. 20120223029188 on 23th Feb and in spite of repeated reminders to Customer Contact Centre, they have neither delivered the product till today (03rd April). As per the assurance given on their website, this product delivery time limit 7-10 days time but now even after 42 days have passed, they are unable to give me a positive reply regarding the status of my product. This product alredy delivered in ludhiyana city for other person. Reference Docket no. Aramex- 6277944525.please find attachment. Aramex told me that the order has not been placed with them hence that information was also wrongly provided. This is very bad customer service

I want now order cancel and refund money in my account.

Please help me.
