Janata Gas Agency, Shamshad Market has approached for booking of LPG Refill on our LPG connection 10177 on June 2. When the agency was approached today for the status, they claimed that the supply is recorded in their computer for 16th of June while we are still awaiting for the supply. This is sheer negligence on their part. Had they been true, they should have in their record the slip for supply issued by the consumer. To avoid booking on telephone or query about the status of booking, they keep their telephone unanswerable. this could be checked by making a call on their telephone number 0571-2705550.
