My order is not delivered

I've placed this order from the site on 19th May.

It is 1 month past and every time when i visit my account i see the same status of my order.

"Ready to Ship"

I had opened 6-7 tickets on the site to know why they are not delivering it. Every time they extend the date of delivery and give any excuse that order was not in stock.

This week it would be shipped. I had bought first time any product from their site and result is front of me.

I suggest all of you don't place any order from this site and if you had and received this is just your luck. otherwise they are not honest in their business.

And, they dont bother about it. I had done many calls also and every time they made same excuses as mentioned in their tickets reply.

They are not ready to cancel my order and not giving me any other option.

Please dont buy anything from this site. And if anyone knows how can I take any leagal action against them. please let me know.
