Site requires checks and balances

There are several comments written about Magna Infotech which are inappropriate and far from truth.

I have been with this Company for six years and have handled HR taking care of employee related aspects.

Most of the comments and allegations posted on this site about Magna are incorrect. I would like to know if there are any checks possible to validate the complaint before it is posted on this website.
