Fraud Company

Hi,

I booked a bouquet worth Rs. 1900.00 from Hyderabadflorist.com for delivery on same day. The website says " Guaranteed same day delivery". They donot even call us to inform that the delivery wont happen as confirmed. They donot deliver the bouquet as confirmed by them on Aug 25. They donot deliver it till 3:30pm even on Aug 26. When i called to check the status, they lie saying first there was no delivery boy and then there we floods in Hyderbad. After calling 100 times they return my call saying " we have diverted your order to some other agent and the delivery will happen before 7pm, what is your problem now". When i questioned him for his statement, he disconnects the phone (9830029699).

I want to register a complaint against this company. All they do is fool customers.
