Misguided service and poor treatment

I made an order last night on 18th Jan on the website which amchiemumbai.com and the order was routed to india flower plaza. I specifically mentioned that the delivery has to be made before 9:00 am. Next morning at 7:50 am i received an email stating my order has been shipped. However it was not delivered until 11:00 am. The payment was made through master card - credit card has been deducted the same night of placing the order. I also emailed the company on the mentioned website address and received a respond stating that the order will be delivered by 4:00 pm. Then I requested for the contact number to understand the situation better. When I made a complaint on the number 9886138863, a lady picked up the phone and started abusing. She used a very foul language which was extremely offending. I still dont know if the order will be delivered or will i get my money back. I specifically told her to cancel the order but the money has been deducted already. Actions need to be taken for the abusive behaviour and improper supply so that people donot undergo such problems again. Please Help.
