Not Deliver the orde

I have posted the order for the cake via indiaflowerplaza.com on 15/12/09. The delivery date i have mentioned on 17/12. my order no. was CART22807489. The delivery location was rajkot. But delivery was not done. After that i have given the call on customer service (98861 38863) they told me it was deliver and they got confirmation.

But actually delivery was not happened. or may be they delivered some wrong place.

So, i told to customer service they replied me so rudely and used some bad word as well, which are totally opposite as per customer service standards.

Please do the needful for this and take some require action against such kind of online shopping portal.
