Very poor service, no complain redressal systtem, They may as well shut their shop for good

This is with deep regret that I am reporting this to you.

Despite my repeated complaints, I am yet to receive many of my subscribed magazines.

The below books still remain unsent.

Further, at one time they gave me the DTDC Courier AWb no. on DTDC tracking system for getting status of my subscription in post but on tracking it was found that aforesaid consignment was Ambala bound whereas I reside in Ghaziabad!

It is very clear that the staff at indiamags.com do not take any carein attending to complains. Their attitude is entirely lackadaisical and irresponsible.
