Failed to deliver gifts ordered online

I've placed an order to deliver a gift (Product ID - CO0111) to my wife in Hyderabad on her birthday, 31-MAY. But, the delivery has not been done yet. No one was picking up the hotline given in the web site and no reply for the email sent to them.

It's very bad on their part for not giving any proper status on my order. They are very prompt in charging money for the order; but not in delivery of gifts.

My order has been placed online on 27-MAY to deliver the gifts on 31-MAY, which could not happen even with enough time in advance.

Most of the customer's testimonials must be fake; where there is no negative comments are published on web site.

I'm logging this complaint to inform my friends and well wishers not to get disappointed with this company!!
