Dear sir/Madam,

This is vijayakumar from chennai. I'd applied for a new connection in Airtel broadband on 23rd December. The application no is 960761 in the name of M.Vijayakumar. Upto Jan 7th they didn't give any information from their side. I'm continuously calling to their marketing persons, Customer care executives and technical persons. they did not respoding. After 7th they informed me that, There is no availability in the area so we will refund your amount in fifteen days. How it is accessible? I'm waiting for the connection arond fifteen days. If there is no availability means then why you are getting applications and amount also transferred to your account. poor response from their side. So please kindly take actions to these kind of companies...
