FBI IC3 Complaint Id: I1005190731148151 suggests as selling VIAGRA from southneed.ru The domain is booked in Russia by a CERT member chinese EDUCATIONAL network. No VIAGRA is sold there. Instead, hard disk content of victim reaches MTNL for extraction/sale of any civil/military data.

FBI IC3 Complaint Id: I1005200024333821 Email suggests as selling PhD/MSc/MBBS/BE/LLB/MBA degrees. You have to dial 001-407-245-7320 to know what goes on there. Perhaps they would ask you to pay $1000 and may send you "recognized" degree. How much commission goes to MTNL?

Net4India, being domain registrar of mtnl.net.in has no contact information and abuse link at website. Contacted over telephone, it refused to suspend mtnl.net.in or take any action on my complaint.
