Worst service

I have booked some of the items on india plaza and my order status says that it has been shipped but when i tryied contacting them they are not responding to the complants, and when i contacted the courier service they say that the booked items has been shipped to bangalore and this was the address given by indiaplaza.istead of delvering those items to hyderabad they delivered to bangalore and now they are not responding to the complants and neither of them are coming forward to solve the issue.

i would like none of you to use this service but if you want to have a go at it, then be prepared for all sorts of problems.

its not for the first time this has happen to me its 2-3 time but i dont have any other way since my booked order was cancelled i had to use the amount which i paid.

but i request you all not to go for this kind of poor and worst service.
