Product shows shipped status but not delivered even after said date for delivery

I had made an order on 26th July for a BPL studylite vide order no IN2607100402 and made payment through credit card. The item was to be delivered on 10th august gift wrapped. I didnt recieve the item on the said date. I lodged a complaint and got the system reply as it will be settled on 12th august. On 12th August My complaint was still in open position. I have personally mailed them asking for refund and now interest for delay at 8%.

I felt cheated. I demand immediate solution to my problem
