Product shopping on indiaplaza.in was registered on 15th Sep 2010. The product id is IN1509100285.

The product has still not been delivered. And worse, they don't even respond to tickets/complaints

filed. I have filed 2 tickets on 2-Oct and 4-Oct (CNT17202684099401 and CNT18280912398889).

None of them have been answered. Every time I call on customer care, they say "It's shipped today". That has still not happened.

I don't know how to make them accountable.

I sincerely hope, some justice will be done through this forum.
