Non Compliance With Terms Of Service

I had shopped from indiaplaza.in during on 1st November for Diwali Gifts to be sent to US and the terms of condition included that it will be delivered on 5th or my money would be refunded. But it has been 10 days and the items i selected were not delivered on 5th and on 10th wrong items were delivered to the destination.

Also the Customer Care people have only tried to delay a resolution to this issue.
