Order booked and shipped to wrong address

I have ordered a book on 25 oct amounting Rs 287, from indiaplaza.com ID No. IN2510111837 it has shipped on 3rd Nov by aramex courier consignment no 4090484661, but the courier service is not available at my home which is shipping address then after aramex has returned the same on 12th Nov the status is showing article has to returned to shipper as per courier they have returned it on 12th, but till now my order has not shipped again and no one giving satisfactory answer i have cancelled my order on 28th with ticket no CNT2811110345. but they were still assumed that it has shipped.

please help me
