Goods never reached me neither ny communication

I placed a order - no being: I07021200748 on 7-Feb

The items in the order - Home and You 4 Pcs. Tea, Coffee, Sugar & Biscuits Canister Set (Black) -

is shown to be Shipped on 11-Feb (consignment

number 205381408-On-Dot).

However the consignment till date has not reached me. What I can understand is that this particular courier service (on dot) is a virtual entity and does not physically exist (at least in Kolkata). The reason behind this belief is that the two phone nos provided in their site (033-40076189/32011227) are invalid.

I also raised 2 tickets (CNT2202120095 and PH2402120191) and oddly enough, the solution provided by some Ra mky from customer service to contact these above mentioned t wo nos, which in reality do not exist. Seemed to be more interested in providing a useless solution

Pissed off, I made 2 STD calls to the customer help desk and each time I was promised that some of their managers will contact me within 24 hrs which never happened. Also the customer support told me that the goods have been returned but the status in the courier site tells otherwise.

This a clear cut case of fraud and deceit and false information being provided at every step.
