I have purchased Kids Laptop on 3rd March. 12 Days gone still I haven't received them in my Hands. I have raised a ticket no response for that. There is no good response from Call center too and Finally my money was gone.
My ORDER # is 030320100204 . Order status showing as 'Shipped'. But I haven't got the product in my hand. I am staying at Triplicane heart of the City of Chennai. They mentioned on their website that Maximum shipping days will be 7days. Still haven't received the item.
