Pathetic Service - Non Delivery of Items & No update to customer complaints

I Had booked a HTC Tatto on Indiaplaza.in on 5th Of May and ever since then I am chasing behind these guys to give me a update. As payment was chareged on the same day & no update is made regarding shipment of the product also I had requested them to provide only White Color Set on the same day, they had committed to provide the same, but now when I contacted Customer service they are saying that they cannnot cmmit for the same.

After lodging many complaints still no update from them.

These guys only know how to charge a (A regular Genuine) customer but don't know how to satisfy them...

An Advice to these guys: A Happy customer is your walking advertisement.

Indiaplaza guys I know this will be of no help & still confident of this, but I am writing this & will spread this to the entire world.
