Non Delivery of goods after 40 days of ordering

I had ordered a mobile on 6th September on Indiaplaza.in and I was initimated that the product will be shipped by 13th Septemeber.

By 13th I didnt get any intimation and I enquired about the order and they said that it is out of stock and will be shipped by 21st Sep. On 21st Sep no initmation came and I called again (also filed a complaint on their site) ; this time they said they will surely ship by 27th Sep.

27Sep I called and was said 4th Oct

4th Oct I called and was said 13th oct

Today is 16th October and even today indiaplaza.in has not delivered the mobile i ordered.

Ordered on 6th Sep (40 days and counting)

Customer care: No clue of order shipping when I called
