Order not received and amount paid by consume

Had booked online - indiaplaz.in in Nov did not receive any communicaiton from them till I sent a stinker in Dec. They assured the book will be shipped in a week. I am on 18th Feb and I have still not received my book.

I have already paid the money in Nov'10.

This company has so many complaints, this needs serious attention. High time.
