No Update Regarding Order Status and No Response From Customer Care

Hi Sir,

I am a Standard Chartered Manhattan Platinum Credit Card holder. I deeply regret to inform you that I have ordered a mobile phone through Indiaplaza on 29th Sep but till now no status update to me. Still status is showing ready for ship.

I have booked the complaint thrice. The ticket numbers is CNT10355226399654. Customer Care guys are really very Bad ..even they don't bother to reply on tickets and never pick the phone.

PLEASE NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM INDIAPLAZA.IN
