It was really very pathetic experience with indiatimes shopping. It's my first & last experience..

I had placed an order on 30/10/09. I got assurance of delivery within 7 working days.

I called to c.care on 10/11/09 at 2:30pm & talked to ruchi, she gave me a complaint No. 18676.& assured me for delivery within 3 days.

I called again to c.care on 15/11/09 at 4:05pm & talked to rakesh, he gave me a complaint No. 22661.& assured me for delivery within 3 days.

Again I called to c.care on 20/11/09 at 2:30pm & talked to ashwini, he gave me a complaint No. 26248.& assured me for delivery within 3 days.

Again I called to c.care on 25/11/09 at 12:50pm & talked to Prem, he gave me a the same complaint No. 26248.& assured me for delivery within 3 days.

I called to c.care on 30/11/09 at 1:30pm & talked to ritu, she gave me a Contact no. of Merchant. It was 022-22035454. When I called this no. It was not in service.

Again I called to c.care on 30/11/09 at 6:30pm & talked to Satyadheer appx 43 minutes, he promised me for delivery & put an option If I want to get the order cancelled. I Couldn't understand that why should I consent to get the order cancelled. I said him to get deliver the product. He said it will done by next 3 days.

Again I called to c.care on 03/12/09 & talked to Manoj at 9:00am. He said It will done within next three days...

Again I called to c.care on 07/12/09 at 11:00am & talked to Yash. He said It will done within next three days...

Finally they cancelled my order without my consent & transferred the paid amount in my bank account in 2nd week of Dec 09,

Is it fair??

Can I get justice for this harrasement.
