Prolem in operating email accounts

I am a user of indiatimes.com. I have been using these indiatimes email IDs for long time

2.j_v008@indiatimes.com
3.mjvps42@indiatimes.com
For last 2 weeks I am unable to login to any of these IDs. I tried to contact them by writing feedbacks but my problem is still not solved. When I try to login it says-incorrect id or password, then I request for password by clicking "forgot password". Then Idiatimes asks my secret question and answwer, when I do that to, then it doesn't tell me my existing password but says to chage my password. When I change the password, then message comes-we are resetting your password, please wait and go to inbox. When I try to open my account by using that new password, message agains comes on computer screen-invalid ID or password. So indiatimes even after asking for secrect answer of security question does not disclose me the existing passwoerd but asks to change that and I am very disturbed for this reason.
