Defective product & no replacement

I had purchased a drill machine from indiatimes.com, machine is defective, so i sent it back for replacement on 29 Sep. but today it is 11 Nov. still i am waiting for my product, i called at least 10 times to customer care, but beside assurance they are doing nothing, really worst shopping experience,

they are neither sending product nor refunding money.
