Irresponsible Customer service and order management

I had my domain registered with Indiatimes Domain services. When I gave my domain renewal payment via their official site, I had been asked for 499/ yr which I payed by my credit card for my .co.in domain on 1 Jan. Now after giving multiple emails to their websupport email id, I got no response. Today I finally called their customer service and somebody picked up the phone. He told me that price has increased and thats why domain has not been renewed and this he is telling me after 25 days and his own website is still charging old price till today at 25 Jan. His manager was so unpolite that he asked me to take the refund. Now my domain will get expired and this irresponsible behavior by Indiatimes Domain has caused me this damage.
