Indiatimes/domain renewal
Wrongly paid renewal fees, Indiatimes not refunding money

I had registered my domain: http://www.creditcardpaymentgateways.in

with Indiatimes during last year. Recently I received a email from them saying that

my domain is going to expire within a week, so without thinking anything else I renewed it by paying Rs. 599 fees only to find that

I had already transferred it to another registrar 4 months back. For one month I've been asking for refund of my renewal fees

but I'm not getting any reply from Indiatimes. What can I do?
