I have purchased a a hand blender fron india time shopping. But when i received it i was surpried that i item that was shown in website was not in packet. It was just a baby toy. And when i contact then they send it was by mistake. We courier the pack and send to mumbai by ondot courier airbilll no:613723534.I have submit then the details on 3rd sep and they assured me the product will deliver in 10 days. now today i talk to them they told me that the item is not received by them. As the ondot courier showed delivered status. Everytime when i call indiatimes they give us new excuse
