Complain regarding delivery and product

I had paid for 2GB MP3 Player on 19th Feb and received 1GB Mp3 Player with defective headfone on 17th March. I had complained Mumbai customer care (Yogesh, Amit, Nitin, Aswini, Kunal, Manoj) several times. Customer care people said you would get call back within 48 Hours, but no one never ever called back. My order no is 112217465. Wonder what kind of service they providing to the customers. I've been calling to the Customer Care for continuously past 20 days and every time they are telling me that I would be getting a call before 7.30pm end of the day, and till now no body has turned up. I also tried to call the manager on the number "01202580864" but didn't get any response on this.
