Product not recieved

Dear sir,

my order number is 112705228 (shipping address- D-3, WANI AREA, URJAGRAM, W.C.L., TADALI, Chandrapur, Maharashtra, PIN-442406). i have ordered this product on 17th november. As told by them that they will deliver that product within 7-8 working days. And it seems they have not upto this point. As i called to their Customer care number they told they have delivered the product in delhi. Means how is it possible that this mistake is there as told by the cutomer care people of indiatimes. And when i am asking for cancellation they are telling that they cant cancel my order. So i asked for the exact date when i will recieve my product they are also not able to say this also. Is this a joke or what. I want a proper answer fir this. Please help..
