Non delivery of product

I had purchased two products from indiatimes (this was my first and last order) with order id 30000054324 on 13-Jan.

Out of two products one is shown as cancelled on the website, without any intimation to me.

I tried calling Indiatimes several times, also started online chat and sent SMS to call back (this is a service as promised by them)

but there is no response.

I had read about the reviews that Indiatimes is a fraudulent site on consumercomplaints, on mouthshut but thought let me give a try and I was also fooled.

It looks like Shopping.indiatimes.com is a fraudulent site run by group of anti-social elements as it does not befits group like Times of India.

All those who have been cheated by this site, should unite and write a letter to Prime Minister office and seek help of CBI to catch hold of this cyber criminals. They should be given severe punishment in court of law for cheating citizens of India.

I am going to do that personnely and also inform ministry of consumer affairs
