Non delivery of product

I had purchased from Indiatimes with order id 30000054324 but did not recieve the product.

I tried calling their numbers, also initiated online chat and sent an SMS to call back (as that is a service committed by them) but there is no response.

I feel this is a fraudulent site not run by TOI. The owners are cyber criminals and should be booked under criminal offence to our nation. They are a big threat as the money they are siphoning can be used fror anti-social activities also.

All should unite and write to PMO. I am going to first meet ministry of consumer affairs and raise a complaint against them and meet DIG of New Delhi also.
