Wrong delivery

I had placed an order through the Indiatimes shopping website and filled out a registration form giving my billing address for Hyderabad and shipping address for Delhi since this was a gift. Due to some technical fault with the form, it did not register the shipping adress and has delivered the product to the billing address. A mail to their customer service id and feedback form bounced back. Several calls to the customer helpdesk resulted in their agents blaming us for the mistake. They said they have no authority to take any action and they could not put us through to a supervisor either.

Now I will have to pay extra to have the item couriered again! I urge people to never shop from the site
