BEWARE of cheating @ Indiatimes Shopping!!!

My letter to Indiatimes Shopping below reflects the harrowing time we had with them. They are Highly unprofessional and totally AVOIDABLE -

Dear Ops Head - Indiatimes,

As per the mail below, I'm following up on this case on behalf of my brother Mr Arun Sharma. He had ordered a Mobile Phone in Sep 2009 for approx Rs. 7000. He got delivery in Sep 09 but the pack had been tampered with and did not contain the phone. Pls see attached all communication in this regard.

Inspite of continuous followup for months over emails and phone we did not see any positive response and are yet to receive either the phone or the money back.

It has been a painful experience and we are now forced to take up the matter in the consumer court.

Also the same letter will be posted on all shopping review sites to make sure more consumers are NOT cheated by your flashy websites and advts and ZERO Service Quality business.
