Delivered Wrong Product

I just want to inform you that, Inorder to save time I purchased a Samsung Mobile from Indiatimes Online Shopping (Order # 112558689, Sub-Order # 3328776)... I got the product in 10 days... but when I opened the packet the mobile model was different... Immediately I called the customer care and informed the same and also raised a complaint online...

Since last one week I am following up with Indiatimes Shopping customer care and I am getting just one answer... We Will be sending a SMS within 48 Hrs, Kindly wait for that. I didnt get any SMS till now... and I am really shocked to experience this... In order to save time... I invited tensions...

I suggest to all, Kindly take out time and go out to buying things... do not trust online shopping... as they have bad customer service..
