Hello,

Indiatimes often advertise festival offers on its products on its website like on Rakhi, Diwali etc.

Similar scheme was launched at the time of rakhi few months ago and offer was if anyone do purchasing worth Rs 1000 from single userid than he gets Rs 250 voucher but i havn't got my voucher, though i made purchases as per following transaction :

I even spoke to Vikram - Customer Service, Indiatimes Shopping before doing my transaction who confirmed that that offer is there but later when i claimed my voucher, he denied of any such thing.

I feel cheated and Indiatimes is doing scam in publishing such offers on its website.
