On 28th of November I ordered for Boss Turbo Hand Blender and New Attractive Football Shape Beanless Bag Order no 3000006859

Out of this product I have received New Attractive Football Shape Beanless Bag this week. i.e. after 2 months and before 2 months I cancelled the Boss Turbo Blender of Rs 1170 which is not yet refunded to me ever after speaking to their executives for couple of times. The football shape beanless bag is for kids, its nowhere mentioned over their that the particular product is for kids. I wish to get the refund for the same.

Same with the order no 30000019238 Lifeline Mini Electric Tandoor, on 14th Dec.

The tandoor which is sent to me is the Used one and is totally different for what i had ordered. I sent a mail regarding replacement long back but they ain't even bother to reply.

Again with the order no 3000003360 Panasonic 6451 Corded Cordless Phone Ans Mach, 23rd Nov

I ordered for Panasonic 6451 Corded Cordless Phone with Answering machine, but the model which have been sent to me is different and without answering machine. The Model which is sent to me is being sold at a lower price on their site than the model which I ordered. I paid excess over their.

Even after complaining to their executives couple of times, their is no proper reply from their side. A special person was appointed for me Mr Sudhir Raj for solving out my queries, I just spoke to him twice, than after he never attended my calls neither had the tendency to call back. I am very disappointed with the service of India Times. I would suggest others, think twice before purchasing any product from INDIA TIMES SHOPPING SITE,

First of all the process of delivery is very slow and after the delivery the product is not upto the mark.
