Unprofessional in dealing with customer requests

About 10 days back, I had lodged a request with Airtel to transfer my connection from one address to another since i was shifting. Needless to say, I received no calls from the customer care to reinstall my connection in my new address. When I called them, I was told at least four times that I had provided teh wrong address! On Saturday, when I called them, I was told that within 24 hours, my problems will be addressed. It was really ridiculous, and yesterday being sunday, I called them up again. One "supervising executive" who called himself Gaurav, told me really rudely that the company doesn't service customers on a Sunday!

This, after waiting for 10 days! I even told him I will be forced to approach teh consumer court if he faisl to service my problem. Nothing has happened. I mustve spent about Rs 200 in just trying to get that customer care to address my issues.
